After spending an enjoyable 2 days in the city, I remembered that permission had been given for the above between the St John’s Tower and the roof of the Central Library in 2020 with a proposed opening in 21/22. I saw absolutely nothing - did it happen? Was it abandoned? I cannot find any info about it, so had to make do with the Western Approaches bunker, Queensway Tunnel tour and Ken Dodd’s bust in the central library instead! Any info gratefully received!
