Liverpool to York 3rd December

Daughter and her 3 friends bought tickets direct from the TPE website to travel on the 08:24 Liverpool-York service on 3rd December. Seems the train times have changed and there's now a service at 07:54 and 08:54. Will the tickets for the 08:24 be valid on these newly timed trains? She emailed TPE but no response .Thanks

Yes, they will be valid on the services either side.

Agreed, valid on either. It would be worth making new seat reservations either at a ticket office or online (following the method in post #5 of this thread), so that they may sit (together).
