Liverpool St Station toilets (hours?)

Next month I'll be travelling late at night (around midnight on a Fir and Sun) from central London to Ilford via Liverpool St. As Eliz Line doesn't have toilets, I'll need the facilities at the station but there's no indication on the info pages as to the toilet opening hours. I'm assuming like Euston they will be open as long as the station is, but need to be sure; also I have a RADAR so can use those if unlocked.

I hope it’s a quick visit as they are dire and that includes the handwashing facility

If it helps, the RADAR (accessible) toilets are to the left of the stairs down to the main toilet block.

They've been ok when I've used them, much better than Euston, or the toilets on P8 at Paddington.
