Liverpool-Crewe £9.05
Crewe-Attleborough £42.70
TOTAL: £51.75 (saving £8.00)

That is for Attleborough, which is what you asked for, so I'm a bit confused as to what you are looking for now.

Do you want Attenborough (ATB) or Attleborough (ATL) ?

The fares that I have now posted are for ATL.

(although I think the confusion is that I initially provided ATB fares then edited)

If you want ATB, then it still works to buy a Liverpool-Crewe Saver and then a Crewe-Attenborough saver. Saves about £2.

Looks like he wants to go to that shack near Nottingham!

Splitting at Crewe does also produce a small saving for that similarly named place!

Or what about a SVR from Bebington to Attenborough?

In that case, it depends on which service you want.
Splitting at Melton Mowbray would save about £10 .
Ely would save about £5, which I think is on all the routes.

So you don't want advice on how to get a killer ticket combination to let u go to ATB on the 9pm departure with a requirement to don't stop at intermediate stations after all? :p

Melton Mowbray is a good place to split when taking that route but yes, it is limiting, especially now that the Liverpool services don't call Nuneaton, so he'd end up on LM stoppers to interchange with the XC service.

Only the Norwich - Cambridge services call at Attleborough so a direct EMT service is not possible, but if you were using the direct EMT service to somewhere like Thetford then changing, I'd look at splitting at places like Manchester, Sheffield, Peterborough...

It's probably quickest to go via London, strangely there is no through ticket but splitting somewhere like Norwich would solve that. It's certainly not the cheapest. But it avoids pathetic 2-car overcrowded poxy trains though (well, except for the Norwich-Attleborough leg obviously)
