Here we go, fictional but interesting and could easily have become a reality. Metro Trains class 142:

How about a 315 and 321 in First Great Eastern livery if it's not too much trouble?

By far one of the best liveries of it's time in my opinion :)

Wow, when did a class 144 appear at Stockport? Looking at the destination blind, it seemed to have done a Cleethorpes service so it must have covered for an unavailable class 158.

Also, the red and silver “circles” livery was introduced by Arriva Trains Northern, not Northern Spirit: Northern Spirit tentatively dabbled in a new livery for WYPTE sponsored services when they repainted one class 158 unit, 158909, in a red and grey version of the standard “Big N” scheme, but beyond this, they were content to leave the WYPTE liveried units as they were, given that the Regional Railways revised WYPTE red/cream scheme had only been relatively recently applied. The exception to this was the class 333s, which were delivered new in the "Big N" WYPTE livery.

Ah yes i remember that livery. It was pretty much the transpenninexpress livery but in red and grey as you said.

A quick Google search and found a picture of it:

Any chance of a Pacer in the NER's Tyneside livery (the one seen a little way down this page)? I've seen a Metro unit in those colours, and they suited it quite well.

Thats an interesting site, what do we think of this livery?http://www.flickr.com/photos/the_prisoner/8479214064/in/photostream/ I think its smart

I like it but I'd like it to be one colour. The random light turquoise is eurgh IMO I'd rather it all be the dark/light turquoise.

Wow you're really good at it! What program do you use and where do you get the shape of the trains to paint? :)

Aha thanks pal :) I enjoy doing it so its nice to know my work is appreciated. I just use MS Paint and I make my own templates, I only currently have classes 142, 150-1, 150-2, 153, 156, 158, 159, 321 and 455 at the moment but I am working on a class 390, 143, 144, and 315 :)

I don't suppose you could do a 158 or 159 in XC livery could you? If it's too difficult then no problem at all, but given that Virgin XC used to have some 158s, it would be interesting to see what they would look like today.

If that is too difficult, don't worry at all, I'm enjoying looking over the ones you've done so far! :D

Yeah I will give that a try, I am having trouble with uploading anything larger than a 150 as a png image, does anyone know how to upload them as a png?

Wow that's a real skill to be able to make them without any template. Whenever I've done it (on APT carriages) I've always used a Wikipedia template.

How about creating a Flickr/Photobucket account then you can display all your brilliant work and then yo can upload easier too?

Looking at your LM 321 it looks just like a 350 the way you're replicated the livery! Top notch

It would appear that you have either disabled your PM's on this forum or you aren't allowed to recieve them yet, so I shall leave my request here. Is it possible for you to to a Class 319 in Thameslink Navy blue and Gold livery?
Thanks a lot,
Alex.
