Hi all,

does anyone possess, or is anyone aware of the existence of, a list of all the mechanical/lever frame signal boxes still in-use in the UK?

No particular reason, more of a fascination as I work in one myself.

Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. The last major work on surviving signal boxes was "The Encyclopedia of 21st Century Signal Boxes" by Michael Rhodes, published by Platform 5 in 2019, ISBN 978 1 909431 66 9. This usually shows an outside and an inside view of each box listed; you may well find your own box in it! Since its publication some have been closed or otherwise altered. The Signalling Record Society (see https://www.s-r-s.org.uk/home.php) publishes quarterly lists of signalling alterations (for all the UK network) but one has to be a member to access these.

Not knowing which Box the OP is talking about, I have found that just putting "?????? Signal Box" into a Google Search, both general and Images, often produces some good results.
