List of ERTMS railways using Driver-Guard dispatch

Hi all, I'm trying to compile a list of ERTMS signalled rail lines (world wide) which are using a train guard and/or platform staff for dispatch at some or all stations (for trains fitted with ETCS onboard equipment).

Could anyone confirm or add additional examples to the list?

Cambrian Line - From other threads I understand they are using a guard/platform staff for dispatch
Thameslink Core - From other threads it seems to be DOO?
Crossrail (Western section Heathrow to Great Western Mainline) - DOO?
Heathrow Express (Tunnel Section) - From other threads it seems to be DOO?
Stockholm Commuter Lines - Until recently was using train guards

AFAIK the ‘guard’ on the Cambrian also carries out revenue protection duties.
