What I spent a fair chunk of my saturday doing:

The level crossing is about 1/2 a mile west of Longniddry, on the ECML. And having done a basic calculation, the 225s are travelling at about 110mph, not sure about everything else, although I'd guess the voyagers are doing the same :)
