I could wish that Spalding -- where I was born and spent my first nine-odd years -- had had a town tram system; but it was too small for that to be likely, or in fact to happen. (Had such a thing been, it would almost for certain have been abandoned before my 1948 birth.)

Have a look at this map, and click on 'Historic Trams' on the left menu bar. There doesn't seem to have been any tram systems in Lincolnshire beyond those mentioned above, other than industrial tramways such as those at the potato farms at Nocton.
