Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire annual family open day
Stagecoach Cumbria and North Lancashire are celebrating its 23rd annual family open day at our Lillyhall Depot on Saturday 26th May 2018.
Come and explore behind the scenes at one of the North West's biggest depots between 10am-4pm and discover a variety of historic buses, both past and present.
The kids are sure to have fun when they get their photo taken with their name in lights on the front of a bus. For the grown-ups, there are many stalls with a variety of bus memorabilia to wander through.
Here's a list of some of the activities taking place on the day:
A huge array of vintage vehicles on display
An array of transport related stalls
Your name in glorious technicolour on the front of one of our buses
Take a ride through the bus wash (an experience not to be missed!)
Refreshments available
The open day is FREE to enter! However there is no public parking at the depot so please use the catch the FREE shuttle buses from Workington or Whitehaven.

Ribble Valley Preservation Trust - Stagecoach family open day
make a weekend of it...
On Sunday 27th May between 10am and 5pm, the Ribble Valley Preservation Trust will display a range of historic buses along Morecambe promenade close to the Midland Hotel. Take a ride on a preserved bus between Heysham and Carnforth via the promenade, Hest Bank and Bolton -le-Sands.
