Recently I was travelling from London to Birmingham. I had purchased a ticket from Trainline which was for a West Midlands Railway train, but had not realised that it would not be valid on trains by other companies (I do not travel by train very often), so boarded the next train which happened to be an Avanti West Coast train. The ticket inspector gave me an unpaid fare notice, but I gave completely false details to her. It was very stupid of me and I'm not sure why I did it - possibly out of embarrassment at my mistake (though that is no excuse). I also didn't realise at the time how serious this was.

I paid the unpaid fare notice off later that day. Should I now be concerned about a potential prosecution? They would have all my details from when they scanned my ticket.

If you paid the notice that is the end of the matter. It is not a Penalty Fare nor anything similar.

Is there any possibility of a prosecution under RoRA 5(3)(c)?
If that’s the “giving false details” point, then I don’t see why they would either know or want to follow it up. You’ve paid the required amount t very promptly.

I guess the only point to make is that they may have automatically marked your details (from Trainline) with “one strike” for travelling without a valid ticket, so you need to be very careful in future to make sure you don’t come to any train company’s attention again.

No. You were not reported for prosecution but rather given an Unpaid Fare Notice which is merely an invoice for the fare due to be paid later.
