Hi all,

A quick question about a train I keep seeing just north of Lichfield Trent Valley. My place of work looks out onto the west coast mainline, and every so often I see what looks like a Southeastern class 375 (My knowledge of this is limited, so I googled at and that's what it said!) - a white train with yellow doors.

Is it in passenger service or something else? Checking on real train times doesn't shed any light.

The latest sighting was this morning at about 10am heading north, and this afternoon at about 1440 heading south.

Any ideas?

I am guessing that it is the new class 387 doing tests between Bletchley/Wembley and Crewe.

ah cool - I've seen it since Christmas I guess - just wondered what it was! Any reason why I can't see it on real train times?
