What is the stipulation for a Level Crossing to be included in the Sectional Appendix Table A Diagrams??

I've noticed recently when a Footpath Crossing has been upgraded and had the red and green OMSL (overlay miniature stop lights) unit installed but has not been included in the Sectional Appendix Table A Diagrams.

Are you looking at the downloadable PDFs? The online version (NESA) is more up to date but you need an industry login. If you let me know which crossing, I can look it up there.

I do have access to NESA and can confirm the crossing even though upgraded to include the OMSL (overlay miniture stop light) unit has not been added to the TableA diagrams?

I was more curious to what defines when a crossing is included in the TableA diagrams and when not?? As in this case the Foot Crossing has been upgraded to include the OMSL unit as published in the WON (Weekly Operating Notice) Section C Notice but not added to the TableA diagrams.
