Welcome to the forum.

Is what TIL say true? That is, was it you who gave your name and address, or was it someone pretending to be you?

I ask because it makes a difference as to whether you are dealing with a true or false accusation.

It's a true allegation i gave the name and address and What TIL says is true and I regret it deeply as it won't repeat itself. I'm so scared right now! I don't know what the outcome would be.

It is a dreadfully worded letter :
Initially says a person giving your name and address
Then changes to you specifically didn’t show a valid ticket (rather than the person they stopped, which might not be you)

May I also suggest you blank the letter reference
