How much time it will take to deliver post by royal email to prosecution teams?

We really can’t predict how long Royal Mail will take to deliver post: nobody can, not even Royal Mail. Personally I allow three working days for first and six for second, which is a bit on the safe side.

You should send your reply to the letter to the address for the railway that I believe is at the top of the letter you received, which you have scanned and uploaded earlier in the thread. You have to write your reply on that or attach it as a copy making sure every bit of paper you send has your name and address and the refence number so they can be easily be matched up if they got separated in their office (they deal with hundreds of these every week I expect so you do not want yours muddled up with anyone else's)

They often ask you to write it on the back of what they sent you and send it all back - you can do this if your handwriting is neat. Keep a copy of every page for your own records.

I would say you have a strong chance of getting an out of court settlement so long as they get your reply quickly. Which is why I suggest sending it post office tracked service to be sure they get it and that you know they have got it.
I did write on the back of letter and also attached a print copy of letter with name and reference number is it all done for now?
Thank you

See Royal Mail website for delivery targets for 1st and 2nd class post or you can pay for guaranteed next day delivery if you want to. Do that at a post office.
I paid guaranteed next day delivery with sign today

Yes, you have done almost everything you can...

The one last thing to do now is on Wednesday, check to see if the letter has been delivered. Take a screenshot of the confirmation: that way, if somehow the letter gets lost in GTR you can prove that you sent it and they received it.

Once you have done that, all you can do is wait for GTR to get back to you, and hope that they will let you settle out of court.

how much chance to end up in court ?
See my post #26 above.

For the moment, try to stop worrying. There’s nothing more you can do until the railway get back to you, so try and relax.

@joi. What was the date of the letter from GTR that you posted upthread? If you've now responded within time, reckon there's a decent chance of you being able to settle "out of court". LIkely it'll cost you a low three figure sum assuming this was a one-off incident, you haven't been travelling with discounted tickets and an expired railcard lots of times before and GTR aren't able to track previous such other journeys.

P.S. Not sure that you actually clarified what the journey was when you got stopped, and thus how much the unpaid fare now due might be.

Okay I will
How much time gtr take to respond letter
Hard to know. Depends how many cases they are dealing with at the moment. How many staff on holiday etc etc. maybe a month for them to reply. Sometimes other threads with updates allow you to see a timeline to give you an idea.

At that time I have physical ticket so and there is no chances for past journey history as I am not usual traveler on national trains
Before that I travel 2 or 3 time which ticket were booked by my friends. I always book physical ticket.
Thank you

@joi. Just to ask again, what was the date of the letter from GTR that you posted upthread? Up to you, though, if you choose not to inform us of what the start and end stations were, on the occasion you got stopped.

If you are not sure if the item you posted is what they are showing as delivered I assume you need to ask Royal Mail about that.

The parcels might just be something else delivered by the same van at the same time as many other signed for items that same day including your letter.

That is the correct postcode for the East Side reception at Kings Cross which is where all the mail is delivered. It is signed for by the Network Rail reception staff. There will be a process in place for getting the mail to the appropriate offices from there.

Thanks for update - when you make payment keep proof of payment and keep all paperwork / letters / e-mails about all of this just in case you ever need them - be prepared to keep it long term - eg for over a year.
