Chassen Road is correct! Your floor.
Mais oui, c'est Nelson, as in Trafalgar, Battle of. England: 1, French & Spanish Dream Team: 0.I see no ships... when stood on the platform at Nelson?
Let's go on a journey...
As I step off the ferry, my first's in Caergybi,
Yet not within Holyhead, how unlucky.
At Bangor station my second's in sight.
Later at Rhyl, it swiftly alights.
My third's from Prestatyn, a valiant quester,
but fails to breach the walls at Chester.
No sign of my fourth in Crewe, but a stroke
of good luck: it's in Stafford, as well as in Stoke.
My fifth detests Lichfield, but is in Trent Valley,
And my sixth skips Nuneaton, then lingers at Rugby.
A weekend diversion, I don't like Northampton
Long Buckby's quite pleasant at this time of season.
Back on track for the eighth, the next call is Watford.
We disregard Milton Keynes, going non-stop.
And there is my last, on the platform at Wembley,
On getting to Euston, it seems to escape me.
Now we're in London, but where will I go?
The numerous clues that I've given will show...
It looks like your working for no. 4 should be ST.
In regard to no. 2, to 'alight' might mean that it's not in Rhyl, meaning BANGO. Mind you, I didn't write it.
...but fails to breach the walls...
I get no. 4 as S/T/O, meaning that Canonbury will fit.
A reminder that [m="Springs Branch"]22734[/m] has the floor.
"Back on track for the eighth..."
...you got my name in it too. Nice.
Since Springs Branch hasn't come up with anything in the 24 hours since confirmation, we may as well continue our journey...
Rules:
Once the station is correctly guessed, the first person to guess correctly sets the next riddle, unless they declare an open floor.
It can be as cryptic, as easy/hard, as long or as short as they want.
If someones due to set a riddle, if they havent after 48 hours, its an open floor.
Rhymes are not compulsory!
I had a go, but couldn't come up with anything like a viable solution.Nothing?
I've given up too, but must point out that for the first letter I got the unfortunate combination A / N / U / SI've drawn a complete blank with this one, but I'm not certain I've interpreted it correctly...
We continue our journey with Mr Krus Aragon
Our first’s in his name, as well as in mine
So it's in "Krus Aragon" and "DasLunatic": U/S/A...

We head to the Tube, where our second cant be found
He also isnt on the Victoria, Hammersmith & City or Northern lines
Not in "Tube", "Victoria", "Hammersmith & City", "Northern".
That leaves the following letters from the alphabet: D/F/G/J/K/L/P/Q/W/X/Z
Or do infer from omission that it must therefore be in "Metropolitan" (the other line at Euston), giving just L/P instead?
We see our third at Liverpool Street, but he isnt wearing lime
In "Liverpool Street", not in "Lime": V/R/P/O/S/T
Our fourth waits at Upminster, not going to Rochford
In "Upminster", not in "Rochford": U/P/M/I/N/S/T/E
We see a bus while we're here - our fifth is onboard
Just "bus"? B/U/S
Next stop, Romford, our sixth off to Ilford
In "Romford" and "Ilford": F/O/R/D
We board a Desiro for our seventh no Dusty Bins today
In "Desiro", but not "Dusty Bins": E/R/O
My penultimate is at Colchester Town, where dont wait for bus or the train, nor do we hitchhike or walk
In "Colchester Town", but not "bus", "train", "hitchhike" or "walk": C/O/S
Back to Colchester, our finals await
Their trains to Sudbury, Southend and to Diss.
In "Colchester"(?), "Sudbury", "Southend", and "Diss": S or S/D
But then I draw a blank in the end. Alresford is a close match, but fails your eighth clue...
It was Alresford... your floor.
