Hey everyone. I hope you have all been enjoying the snow even though it has caused chaos on Scotland's railways for many of us, but still, it has been interesting photographing some snow scenes across part of the network over the past week.

I'm certainly not jealous of all of the disruption suffered north of the border, but I'd certainly envy the chance of having those conditions to shoot trains in!

Well done for venturing out into the snow to record the scenes.

Nice shots, fella - there's nothing as satisfying as a snowy composition.

Murphy's Law, I go away for two weeks and I come back to all these fantastic snow-scenes. Another missed photo opportunity (sigh).

Mind you, the only ice I saw was bobbing in my rum, whilst we were watching the ruddy sun melt into the Gulf of Mexico. I know, it's a tough life at times...
