Leeds trolleybus - any up to date news

Trying to find out latest developments regarding the proposal to reintroduce trolleybusus.

Latest seems to be public consultation last year, outcome unknown

Has it been abandoned as there seems little up to date news on this subject

The Inquiry Inspector, Martin Whitehead indicated that he expected to take until May 2015 to deliberation the findings and prepare his recommendations for the Secretary of State for Transport and Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government who will assess the inspector’s recommendations and subsequently announce a decision. During this time a skeleton NGT team will continue with ongoing discussions with stakeholder
