Leeds Loop Came this morning, I installed it but the little coupling programme did not run So I did it manually & then installed new Roads patch.

Now I can not get anything of ECE 1 ,2 or 3 to run & even though it appears unstored in "Train Store" It is not available route in the route selection screen ..
Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.....

I think ECE 3 is a complete waste of money for what it is! :)

TBH, Great Eastern runs on most PCs about the same as ECE<insert random number here as they're bound to go up to about 100> due to a lovely thing called optimisation...which I haven't seen in any of EBs products.

I'd go for anything made by Making Tracks over
products from EB they're dreadful!

I feel that Great Eastern Must Be held up as the Bench Mark to all future route designers to aspire to ,but I have no Axe to Grind with EB & Find most of there stuff acceptable ( only disappointment so far was LSC) & Lets Not Forget It was there LBE Route that started the whole concept of Add On's

Indeed - but the fact that LSE was a huge amount better, EB had the team to do work to the extent of GE at the time of LBE (as they had DB and DS on the team) at the time. All EB are trying to do is make money, and they do that extremely well, by churning out essentially routes with very little optimisation.

wasn't as bad as any of the others they've
made.

I think LBE was probably their best, most detail IMHO.

Next is probably WCW and ECE on the same level, then LSC from the addons I've got.

yeah they'll be raking it in and have just gotten

They create routes they know everyone will
buy.... but are just lazy making them :(

I just wish I had the cash for my new system so I could see how bad they really are! Saying that, by the time I get a new system Kuju will be out and there will be a back catalogue available for that. Then again....

Don't be so sure they may delay the release yet
Hopefully not but.......

It's that EB lol they've put us all in misery and
negative minds ;)

I think Tom could be right about Kuju being Autumn though, maybe even Christmas if they want to really get it right because it seems as though they value feedback on the simulator forums and they wouldn't want to upset anybody would they? ;)

you don't mind waiting if something is worth waiting for

Exactly, and if the third party developers are already making add-ons then we wouldn't have to wait as long for them after the original game release. Saying that, I can imagine I would hammer Newcastle to York for a long time anyway. I just want to thrash through my home town.

Not that I will be expecting to see much of my hometown because I would be doing around 100-110 through there.

i had that very same problem.
it turned out to be my anti virus blocking the programme.
uninstall and reinstall and that should cure it.
good luck.
