Le Shuttle Class 9s and Loading Gauge - can they go anywhere else now?

Reading though the Double Deck train thread got me thinking. I remember reading somewhere that the Le Shuttle Class 9 Locos could only stay on the Eurotunnel circuit, due to the loading gauge. However, was just wondering, are they theoretically at least able to go to St Pancras, or are they still too big for HS1 too?

I thought the locos, but nit the wagibs, would fit the French loading gauge.
