The police took a suspect into custody this morning. Fortunately no one at the railway was hurt and we hope the police officer will be recovered soon. We have received many generous offers of support locally, nationally and even internationally! Trains ran as normal today and we are very much conducting 'business as usual'.

Very sorry to hear about this, not the sort of event that I would think of happening in North Cornwall, I hope the police officer makes a speedy recovery and has no lasting effects from the injuries, thankfully nobody else was physically injured, but it must have been very traumatic for the shopkeeper,

My thoughts to all.

Any pictures of the garbage that did this?

They are not allowed to as it would infringe their yoomun roites!
Its a pity the scummer didn't consider the rights if the person/people he robbed or the copper he injured?

Absolutely, wasn't the shopkeeper in her seventies? Still what does that matter when you've got to feed your habits <(
