Strike days for RMT that includes train managers etc don't affect as many services as they use contingency staff at many places. Full strike days by drivers is worse but there has only been about eleven in nearly a year , equivalent almost of one a month.

Management wish to remove detrainment staff from platforms where trains regularly terminate and depart into sidings.
Unions are against this as it could lead to lone trainstaff encountering over-carried passengers.

Are the underground ones for the pension dispute which had now been resolved ?

The pension dispute hasn’t been resolved, it has been paused.
Any changes would need a change of government legislation and the earliest would be September 2026.

We members of the public are all well used to this now so as inconvenient as it may be it'll really make little difference as other plans are made in advance in case of strikes being called. Carry on with the overtime bans though as it hasn't bothered me in the slightest!

Does the union really need to worry too much about that? The railways funding models appear to protect all the former passenger franchises from failure so their members jobs are safe .

Thanks to the OP for posting the ballot results but otherwise there's nothing really else to say here. The dispute rumbles on, the DfT and Unions appear to still be miles apart and the passengers are stuck in the middle. Having the same tired old arguments that typically seem to boil down to "well the unions should be happy that they've even got jobs!" or "the government are conniving barstewards who are all out to line their own as well as their mates pockets!" isn't particularly interesting, helpful or even worthwhile. If anyone desperately wants to take part in such a discussion I believe Twitter (I am decreeing that official Forum Policy is that it is Twitter no matter what Elon says ) is available for that.
