Late Network Rail

I emailed Network Rail on the 30th. November to ask for information prior to travelling on 5th.December.
They phoned me with the information on the 12th.December !
Not much use then !!:roll:

You'd probably have had better luck e-mailing the relevat TOC rather than Network Rail. I'm not sure what you inquired about but the majority of engineering work is planned well in advance so the TOCs will be aware of it.

What are we supposed to discuss here? I personally believe that leaving sending that email to about 5 days before travel is abit too late and you can not reasonably get a response in that time. In most cases Network Rail aren't the people you want to be talking to for travel information anyway.
