Last dedicated Shunter made?

All I've ever really seen used is 08s, is anything newer in use, I've seen photos of quite modern ones on the continent. Are unimogs ever used?

A Unimog has been used on the Isle of Wight, I believe, and the Tyne & Wear Metro, DLR and London Underground have all run the odd shunter. A handful of industrial shunters are cleared for main line (NR) use and have TOPS numbers (015xx). Some of these are used by TOCs - Chiltern has 01509, for example.
All of Class 07, and the last examples of Classes 04, 08, 09 and 10, entered service in 1962

Siemens employ a 4 wheel battery electric shunter at Northam depot. No driver required to ride it, as it's controlled remotely. New in 2002, and replaced the 4 wheel Rolls Royce/Thomas Hill (RR10241/TH247C) conventional shunter that had been there previously and is now at the Bluebell.

TfW have a remote control shunter in their new depot at Taffs Well to marshall the tram trains. However for human drivable ones then the Claytons would be the latest

Here's a light rail comparison at Manchester's Queens Road that sees a fair bit of use on the unelectrified workshop roads. Trafford runs a smaller 1500E model that spends 99% of its time used for the wheel lathe.
