Langley - Heathrow Rail

Tomorrow I am going to travel from Langley - Heathrow Rail. I will be using easement 700276;

Customers travelling from Heathrow Terminals 1-3, Heathrow Terminal 4 or Heathrow Terminal 5 to West Drayton, Iver or Langley may double back between Southall and London Paddington. This easement applies in both directions.

Tickets available include rte Any Permitted and rte Not Via London. I interpret the rte Not Via London to be valid via Paddington using the above easement. This easement does not specifically mention the tickets to which the easements should be applied, and therefore it can only be assumed it applies to all tickets. A previous easement makes this distinction (700272):

Customers travelling from Heathrow Terminal 1-3, Heathrow Terminal 4 and Heathrow Terminal 5 via Slough in possession of tickets routed "Any Permitted" may double back between Southall and London Paddington. This easement applies in both directions.

I will travel using a rte Not Via London to double back between Paddington and Southall, then travelling on Heathrow Express to the airport.

Is this the general consensus that this is indeed valid?

Please advise how you went with this easement, I have a few people down here who are also interested in using this easement to their advantage.
I'm assuming a standard single from Langley to Heathrow Rail or v.v is valid for break of journey at Paddington.

Some staff at ATOC believe the easement is applicable for the same reason as you explained. I have used such easements (different ones) in a number of other situations and have never been challenged bar one occasion, where the guard was unconvinced however allowed me to carry on.
