Any idea if there is much freight passes through Lancaster on a monday between 1200 & 1500?

You should see three on a Monday between those times:
- 4M44 Mossend to Daventry DRS intermodal (due Lancaster 13:18)
- 4S42 Leeds to Hunterston empty FHH coal train (due Lancaster 13:29)
- 4M63 Mossend to Hams Hall DB intermodal (due Lancaster 14:49)
...if you can stay until 15:29, you will also see 4S44 Daventry to Coatbridge,
which is an excellent timekeeper.
