One thing I find slightly curious is the lack of information about whether your 1st class booking has a meal included or just snacks, as the booking engines don't state this, and only the full timetable actually has this information, and all that does is state that the train will be serving a meal at some point on the journey, which might not be when you are actually on the train.
For example, I came down from Lancaster to London on the 18:45 VTWC service from Glasgow, and was surprised to be served a meal (~19:30), especially as there were no menu cards in the carriage, and my online booking at no point actually mentioned it.
By contrast, if I had got on the later 19:38 or 20:38 trains, would the meal have been served before Lancaster, seeing that the latter would have left Glasgow at 18:40?
