L1 Lancaster ENCTS

Can an ENCTS pass be used on the L1 in Lancaster? I ask as this looks like a Park and Ride service?

I need to get the service from the City Centre to Lancaster Business Park.

Other options are the 81, 82 and 555 to Riverside Park but these are not as regular.
