"This special train will travel over two of Britain's most scenic railway routes, the Highland Line from Perth to Inverness and the Kyle Line, one of the 'Great Railway Journeys of the World'."

Anyone interested?

I have booked more Travelodge rooms than I need, so there is relativeley cheap accomoadtion to anyone who wants it!

Well worth doing if you can get there for it! Absolutely beautiful line to travel on, even from a 158.

Did this tour last year, even though we got soaked walking to the Isle of Skye we really enjoyed the tour. Well, certainly once we got past Inverness, then the thrash really began! It was as if the 47s had woken up after Inverness, after a lot of crawling at 20 - 40mph on the Kyle line itself.

Highly recommended.
