I'm travelling to Blackpool tomorrow from kirkdale off peak, Could anyone give a cheap way of doing it ?

IF you hold a railcard a Lancashire Day Ranger may be the best ( valid after 08:45am ) and cost 19pounds without a railcard and $ 12:55 with a railcard, sorry about lack of pound sign my keyboard wont do it
