the Kings Ferry is to start new services from Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon and Portishead to Cribbs Causeway and North Bristol under contract to North Somerset Council.

Does North Somerset actually have money to spend on new tendered services?

Funnily enough Wessex have already registered a commercial route from Portishead to Cribbs Causeway and UWE via the north fringe, from the start of September.
