I would have thought that unlikely, as you can't get to or from the fast lines from 10 or 11 without conflicting with the Thameslink route at Belle Isle.Open Access will likely move into 9-11 full time.

(Apart from at peak, when the patterns are a bit different) only the Kings Lynn Express (which will be half hourly, extending the current Cambridge-only service) will go to Kings Cross. The "semi fast" that currently runs will go half hourly, 12 carriage and to Brighton.
And I can't wait for that chaos!
South of the river 1Cxx West Coastway via Crawley to London.
2Cxx Horsham to London.
1Pxx Tattenham to London Bridge.
2Pxx Tattenham to Victoria.
North of the river 1Cxx Cambridge Semi.
2Cxx Cambridge Stopper.
1Pxx Peterborough Semi.
2Pxx Peterborough Stopper.
So what have they done paired Horsham and Peterborough and Tattenham and Cambridge, expect some nice wrong routes when that one goes live.
ARS doesn't do wrong routes. Much.
We don't have ARS and nor does WestCad yet.
