Kings Cross when Thameslink finished

Is it known when all is finished, if Great Northern fast and semi-fast to trains to Cambridge & Kings Lynn are planned to leave from platforms 0-8 and cut out the uncertainty that 9-11 may be used, as is the case today.

I would have thought that unlikely, as you can't get to or from the fast lines from 10 or 11 without conflicting with the Thameslink route at Belle Isle.

The same will apply then to any service using platform 10 & 11 including the Cambridge's & Kings Lynn's express services that are 8 coaches or less. So does that make platforms 10 & 11 all but redundant until any alterations are done when KX panel is closed and migrated to York ROC?

(Apart from at peak, when the patterns are a bit different) only the Kings Lynn Express (which will be half hourly, extending the current Cambridge-only service) will go to Kings Cross. The "semi fast" that currently runs will go half hourly, 12 carriage and to Brighton.

I believe that IRS (interigent route setting) has been mooted about, along with TMS interfaced for the Core and TMS isolated for the rest of us mere mortals.
