Kings cross tube station

As one takes the underpass at Kings Cross St pancras Tube station,towards the opposite end of Euston road there are 2 exits one on the left and one on the right.
The left exit has been boarded up, and there is some building works taking place on the surface, near the McDonalds. Will this exit be removed?

My second question is that the square at Kings cross was supposed to be open summer 2013, but now I hear Spetember 2013. Does anyone have an official answer?

They've been advertising it as "Autumn 2013" during the demolition of the canopy on leaflets.

If you mean the exit currently shown on the attachment, no, this will always be retained as part of the long term planning for station passenger flow.
