Funny you should say that, Fred.
I happen to be a Kingfisher Railtours steward and I say they're a bloody great company and you can't really fault them! :p
My last day with them was the Golden Arrow from Nottingham to Folkestone Harbour with 34067 Tangmere on the 5th April and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it and they never fail to pull out all the stops to put the passenger first.
My next outing with them will be on the 31st May Nottingham - Blaenau Ffestiniog with a pair of tractors.
They're well worth booking with, Fred. Must be one of the best companies out there.

Just a shame that on the 1st June (obviously, the day after) I'm doing London Waterloo - Exeter St David's

We went with Kingsfisher on Cumbrian Mountain Express on 5th July and paid £450 to sit in the Pegasus Pullman. Although the actual tour was OK, despite them changing the set down from Carlisle to Appleby, the service was the absolute worst I have ever ever received.

Have written a long letter of complaint to both KF and Railgourmet (caterers). Kingsfisher are yet to respond - I await with earnest!

I saw the train at Folkestone Harbour on the 5th of April, and I must say, it looked impressive
Seems a great company to me!
