Does anyone know how soon you can tap back in after tapping out with keyGo? I tried doing it immediately at Stevenage and exited the barriers as normal, then when going back through I got error code 02, meaning wrong ticket type or direction.
The barriers didn't open, but I checked with my phone and a transient ticket was put on the card with an origin of Stevenage and no destination. I tried to enter again a couple minutes later and they opened as normal. This was yesterday and I was correctly charged with the tap in time lining up with my second attempt. I was concerned that the fact the first (failed) re-entry tap put a transient ticket on there would mean that two taps a couple minutes apart would be sent to the back office but luckily not.
So does anyone know how soon I can tap back in? The barriers at Stevenage are busy so I'm just going to get in people's way if I stand there and keep trying. I understand that with Oyster you can tap back in immediately.
