The trips between the exchange sidings and the cement works are all internal, so nothing will appear on the various train planning systems. The regular empties from London arrive early evening though, and the loaded train goes out in the early hours - I don't know whether it's the same set that goes out again within a few hours though. The loaded coal trains, when they run, usually arrive quite early in the morning too - I had some dealings with last week's example, and it was implied that it would be tripped up to the works fairly promptly when it arrived (around 0530).
