what is the most cost-effective way to travel over all the track throughout Kent (not including HS1)?

I can't link to it at the moment, but is the Kent Rover still going? Covers everything in the county but doesn't allow you into Greater London, which would ease transfers between some lines.

That's a good ticket to get. Mrs djpontrack and I got one of them in 2015 and 2016 when we went on holiday to Folkestone.
