It might be useful to have a thread covering changes and improvements to bus services in Kent/Medway, as other areas are covered by similar threads. So to kick off...
Since 6 April, various Arriva Southern Counties services have changed.
The existing 402 Tunbridge Wells Sevenoaks - Bromley service has been augmented by the new 403 Tunbridge Wells Sevenoaks Dartford Bluewater service. Most of the rail lines in Kent are radial routes in and out of London so this orbital link between Tunbridge Wells/Tonbridge area and the Dartford/Bluewater corridor may prove popular.
The 403 is notionally split at Sevenoaks to comply with drivers hours regulations.

Meanwhile in the east of the county, Stagecoach and East Kent Hospitals NHS University Foundation Trust have formed a partnership to improve bus links to the Kent and Canterbury Hospital, the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford, and the QEQM Hospital in Margate:
