Kemilway PT1

I've just bought on eBay a Kemilway PT1 etched brass pony truck.

I needed a trailing wheel part for a Taff Vale U1.

Problem: I've never done etched brass and am not quite sure how I'm to fettle this.

Does anyone have the instructions that must have gone with this or can gently instruct me?
