I believe that's from the *****? (Call Centre Live Departure Boards) which looks this.

It's basically just a staff version of Live Departure Boards which requires a log in. The only main difference being that it includes headcodes, reasons etc.

The random numbers in your post are:
Scheduled arrival / Scheduled Departure / Expected Arrival / Expected Departure / Platform / Lateness.
