Jubilee line/Canning town switch???

Now I understand this would be better with a picture but I dont have one and I saw it on the way home yesterday. on the line to Stratford close to the first escalators entering the station just by the inside rail there is a big red thing which looks like a giant push down lever/switch.

Anyone have any idea, Im a bit cautious about taking a pic as it is the rails and could look odd.

That'll be a tripcock tester.

Until recently, the Jubilee line ran in tripcock. Not all assets have been removed yet.
