At Canary Wharf Jubilee, annocements saying lack of trains is leading to delays. Any known reasons? Thanks

Announcements shouldn’t be saying lack of trains, if they were saying that probably a mistake on the part of the station staff who recorded it. TfL website says due to “train cancellations,” which as per a FoI response means unavailability of Train Operators.
