Hi guys
Dont know if its just crappy Travelodge wifi, but neither National Rail, Northern or Southeastern (my planner of choice) journey planners seem to be working this evening
I can punch in journey details but as soon as i select Pay it goes to this message (or similar)

(screenshot of NRE journey planner with 'something went wrong' message)

Any ideas?

I was trying to buy for this morning. I gave up and bought a normal paper ticket. Might try again later

The ticket was Bradford Forster Square to Ilkley by the way

NRE doesn't sell tickets but should redirect you to a TOC site to purchase there.

Did you try the forum's site?

I would say e-tickets are now the norm here;)

Hey

So tried again just now and is still refusing to work.

Starting to wonder if its something to do with my Nationwide account?

Have you had something fail after you enter card details? If you have, could you explain what you did, and what happened?

The screenshot in your first post is from nationalrail.co.uk, and you wouldn't be asked for payment details on that site.

Hi
I normally use Southeastern ( the screenshot of ordering through NRE was out of desperation)

Here is what i did

Selected Ticket of choice. Purchase option is e-ticket. Ive got my bank details saved on my phone so use Chrome auto fill. Billing address and email address are filled out manually. Selected pay now. Nationwide banking app authorisation selected. Passcode entered. Go back to Southeastern where the loading dots hover for a few moments before 'Payment failed' screen with an order number but nothing else.

Sorry for the mess, hopefully that was readable! haha
