Hi

I'm trying to use the site's booking platform to book a return trip for seven of us from London to Tenby, out 15th May 10.48 back 18th 09.36. We have two Senior Railcards, two Two Togethers and a Young Person's, but I can't find a way to add all of those to one booking - is there one and I'm just missing it? Would obviously need to do everything together to stand a chance of getting seats together.

Thanks for any help you can give!

Pete

Finding this quite frustrating tbh - have had a look at SouthEastern's site (the one I use most regularly) and it'll let me do everything with the railcards and comes up with £533.05 total for Super Off-Peak returns, great, but doesn't let me reserve seats. Great Western brings back the same journey but offers two lots of single legs as "cheapest" at £326.55 each way, until you click "show more fares" and then it comes up with the £533.05 option, which strikes me as borderline dishonest.

But that aside, both SE and GW offer a change at Cardiff, but with quite a short connection time (14 mins) on to a regional train that stops everywhere - your site allows you to specify changing at Swansea, but the other two don't, that I can see. We'd prefer to stay on the train to Swansea and change there (which it suggests for the return) and which our tickets would be valid for, but of course our seat reservations wouldn't be valid after Cardiff with this option.

Can anyone suggest any way through this please? I wonder if there's a site that will do all of this!

Right now, the forum's website can't do multiple railcard in one search query due to bandwidth issues. (It's harder to find splits if one person has a minimum fare associated with their railcard, for example.) Instead, you should do a search with each railcard separately and add them all to the same basket. So you'd find two tickets with senior railcards, add them, then go back and find two more tickets with a two together railcard

Thanks so much for this. Followed the advice and now all booked. Used the seat finder to get us a couple of adjacent tables. Really appreciate it!
