Hi all, is it acceptable if I had a long eaton to Birmingham return ticket to get on for the outward journey at Derby? As I will be in Derby but need to go home to long eaton , the train from long eaton to Birmingham stops at Derby so I believe this to be acceptable. Thanks

Just be sure that it is a return ticket and not two Advance singles as you aren't allowed break of journey on most Advances.
