Hello Everyone,
My Name is Ahmed, And I've recently joined the railway projects field, my title is QA/QC Engineer, my back ground is Mechanical engineering, Since this is the first time for me to work in the railway projects world, I'm so confused where to start my railway education journey, my main concern for the time being is the railway electrification system design including (Traction power supply, Overhead catenery system, Rigid conductor rail, feeding substations, Technical rooms, bonding and earthing, 11KV& 750 DC Cable installation and laying), etc, my question is, where to start and how, is there a specific course to go with (preferable online courses), or there is a reference Handbook shall I start with, I'm totally confused and I can't find the starting point, off course I'm facing the same problem with the rest of the subsystems (Com, Rolling stock, Signalling, ...), but for me Rail electrification if good starting.
any help would be beneficial, appreciate your time and advice's.
Thanks in advance
