Hi.
I’ve applied for a job as a train manager. I have no real rail knowledge of the railway industry and have been busy researching as much as I can and have found this forum very helpful.
I have a few questions if that’s ok?
What is job security like working for a TOC? I have worked in the public sector for a long time and Job security has never been an issue for me.
What happens with staff when there is a change of franchisee?
What are XC like to work for?
