Job security when takeovers happen

Hi all.

I have my DMI Friday and with luck be in the talent pool soon. Just been thinking about job security. I'm a Police officer at the moment, so pretty secure.

When companies take over, ie arriva to TFW, do all drivers stay on, or do you reapply, and do drivers lose jobs.

All drivers stay on, terms and conditions transfer over via TUPE. Nothing to worry about.

Think I might miss staying on for 6 hours submitting files to cps after a 10 hour day shift.....
