Yeah I was in trauma during all these period
I am very new to this country I didn't know the difference between the railcards…
I will pay the amount but how can I have a reciept?
I am afraid even after paying the amount they take me to court

If you pay the amount the matter is concluded. They would like their money, so pay it. You will get a receipt online. Take a screen grab of it if you’re still unsure.

On the letter it's mentioned select prosecution case.
I cannot find this option

Prosecution case number is the ref number they mentioned on the letter?? Are they the same??

I think you'll need to select make a payment. This will then take you to a screen where you select the train comany - West Midlands Trains in this case. Then you'll see the option to select Prosecution case.

The case reference number should be on your letter.

Do they send me other letters to via post in my address?? Cause I need to move out of my accommodation.

You've done all you need to do. Just keep a copy of the screen shot showing you've paid in case there's any future query.
