Whilst on a trip back from Scarborough, we were driving past Ripon and we saw Eddie Izzard running towards the road for Harrogate! Probably a charity run as he had a flag with him.

It seems that unless he's actually doing something rail related, it actually isn't interesting to people, just my 2p worth!

From my view, just what he is doing is a big achievement in itself, how many members could do six marathons a week for seven weeks?

Ah, but 'interest' is a personal preference. In my opinion it really isn't interesting but it is an achievement (Which people cannot deny). So what one person finds interesting others necessarily do not.

I think he meant the first post, which is just a statement of something he saw today, which isn't really interesting.

(Although IMO the run that Eddie is doing is a great thing - Indeed, anything that raises money for worthwhile causes is a good thing in my book! 8) )
